RETURNS
If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the items within 30 calendar days of receipt. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as merchandise credit. Please ensure the items are returned in their original condition—unused and in the original packaging.

If you need to return an item, please email support@fullwindsor.com to get a Return Authorization (RA) number. Do not return items without an RA number. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the return. You are welcome to use any carrier to ship your order back within the window and terms mentioned above, but please include the packing slip with your return.

Please note, the shipping fee is non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

GUARANTEE - EXCEPTIONS
The Full Windsor Guarantee applies only to the original owner and excludes coverage for abuse, alterations, theft, loss, or any unauthorized or unreasonable use of Full Windsor products. This Guarantee is valid solely for tools purchased for personal use and does not cover commercial accounts or bulk purchases intended for resale, repair, or refurbishment.

Additionally, items damaged due to improper care (as outlined in the product page, packaging, and inserts) are not covered by the Guarantee. For example, Magware Magnetic Cutlery is intended for handwashing only—dishwashing may cause damage that is not covered by the Guarantee.
